1. How are Delivery Charges calculated for my order?

Orders valued from $30 to $60, we are charging $4.99 shipping. Orders valued from $60 to $90, we are charging 2.99 shipping. Above $90 orders free shipping.

2. Do I need to open an account to be able to place an order on Desi Cart?

No. You don't need to have an account. At the time of check out you can provide your shipping address and contact details and check out.

3. How does Desi Cart Delivery works?

Desi Cart offers a low pricing top quality branded groceries to the customer door. Orders we have received before noon will be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m will be delivered on the next day morning.

4. Is Desi Cart available across US?

At this time, Desi Cart is launching only in Charlotte Metro area,Concord,Harris Burg,Huntersville, Fort Mill, RockHill,Marvin,Waxhaw, Indian Land areas. Very soon we will be opening in other areas as well.


5. Does Desi Cart have all of the top quality brands that you will get in Regular Indian stores?

Yes. Desi Cart is committed to sell all top quality branded products to customers which they see in our Indian grocery stores.

6. Can my order be delivered the same day?

Orders received before 12p.m will be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 12p.m will be delivered on the next day.

7. Is my data secure with Desi Cart?

We take great care in protecting our customer data. All our servers are hosted in US in secure data centers with SSL and encryption support. We use a payment gateway that supports 128-bit encryption. We do not sell your data to any 3rd parties. Please review our Privacy Policy as well for more detailed information as you register. Any changes will be updated on the site from time to time.

8. Can I return items through Desi Cart if they are not up to my satisfaction?

Yes. You can return the items. You can text us or e-mail us. Our delivery team will pick them when they are in that route.

9.I do not see some of the items that I regularly buy on the catalog? How can I order such items?

Desi Cart is continuously updating our catalog to ensure that it is accurate and complete. If the items that you are looking for are not listed on the catalog or the information on the catalog appears to be inaccurate, please send us an email at support@desicart.us

10. Can I schedule delivery of my order 2-3 days out?

Yes. You can place your order to be delivered after a few days or on a particular date. Please add the date in the notes section at the time of check out.


11. How do you ensure that items being delivered are fresh?

Desi Cart delivery vans are air-conditioned to ensure freshness of goods being delivered. In addition, Desi Cart has two delivery windows this ensures that goods spend minimal time from the time of pick-up to the time of delivery. We operate multiple delivery vans for different areas.

12. Are you going to add other items of interest to your catalog?
